About the Role:
Based within IT Services, you will be working to support project managers and other IT colleagues to deliver a wide range of IT projects. This will encompass project organisation support, minute / note taking, compiling agendas, organising meetings, financial reconciliation and the management of small projects.
Ideally with a degree, you will have a minimum of two A levels in relevant subjects. You will be a proactive, experienced administrator, you will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and will be efficient in managing your workload in a timely manner. You will be comfortable working with budgets and will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel. With an understanding of how a large organisation operates, you will preferably have experience working in an IT environment and have knowledge of project management methodologies. You will be adept at forming good working relationships with colleagues and supplier contacts to ensure that project administration runs effectively.
This is a fixed term position up to 30 September 2025.
