Must Have’s
* Proven admin experience in a busy office environment
* Experience with scheduling or diary management
* Strong communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

* Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new ones
* Previous customer service or coordination background
* A calm and positive attitude when handling time-sensitive tasks
So what will you be doing?
* Managing diaries and scheduling customer appointments
* Handling incoming phone calls and emails efficiently
* Directing repair requests and job details to the correct teams
* Ordering parts and supplies for engineers
* Supporting the wider team with key admin tasks
