Role: Administrator
Location: Group Executive Office - Stirling

Your new role
The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Group Executive Office.
What you'll do:
1. Administration support to Group Executive PA/Office Manager
2. Assist with diary management (proactive and reactive)
3. Assist with collation and distribution of board reports
4. Cover Main Reception as and when required
5. Manage travel requirements for Group Executives & MDs
6. Various ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need:
7. Previous experience in an admin role
8. Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
9. A team player
10. Able to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
11. Able to use own initiative and to communicate at all levels
12. Excellent attention to detail
13. Must have a ‘can do’ attitude
Essential skills required:
14. Microsoft Office 365 packages
15. Sharepoint
