Global Change Project Manager
Fixed Term Contract – 6 months

£43k - £66k DOE and experience + fantastic benefits

The role
As Global Change Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project and business change delivery relating to Digital People Solutions’ technologies. You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business ensuring requirements and needs are understood. You will ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope while also managing the people impact of the change to achieve business outcomes.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Being responsible for delivering the defined business benefits and outcomes and actively managing the cost of delivery.
* Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and managing change holistically.
* Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
* Conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
* Designing, developing, and managing communication programmes to support change initiatives.
* Tracking and reporting project delivery and change management metrics, ensuring alignment with success criteria.
* Collaborating with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Strong knowledge and expertise in business and IT project management and the ability to manage multiple project work streams and activities.
* Excellent understanding and knowledge of the full project lifecycle and project management experience within a recognised project management methodology.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation, with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to influence others and drive change.
