Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant - Swanage Summary INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY We are looking for an Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant to join the Holidays Team here in East Dorset. You will be responsible for looking after the holiday cottage gardens, and support the delivery of an enjoyable holidays experience for our guests. Hours: 7.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Salary: 12.75 per hour Potential start date: ASAP For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. Your main base will be at Currendon Farm near Swanage, but your role may take you to any of our holiday cottages throughout Purbeck and Brownsea. What you'll be doing You'll play an important role in effectively managing and co-ordinating a team of volunteers to ensure our holiday cottage gardens are well-presented for our guests. A positive can-do attitude is a must. In addition to practical tasks such as gardening and maintenance, your role may involve occasional tasks crucial for the smooth operation of the cottages.
