Due to expansive growth, we are looking for an outgoing and professional Admin Assistant to join us on our journey.
The Role:
* Support the Accounts Administrator checking documentation such as Purchase Orders, Invoices & other paperwork, including vehicle servicing schedules
* Meet & Greet guests to site professionally, ensuring that visitors feel welcome
* Answering the telephone in a professional & competent manner
* Photocopying, creating files & filing key documents for use within the business
* General administrative duties, as required
* Supporting the wider team and business with administrative tasks, as above

* Enjoys completing work to high standard
* Acts professionally and can communicate well both face to face and over the phone
* Adaptable to change and different working practices
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Responsive to the needs of your role and the business
