Job Purpose
As a Central Services Administrator within the Central Services Team, you will be required to work diligently and efficiently to ensure that all aspects of the role and responsibilities are met. Working to specific targets and deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive working environment, you will be creating professional relationships with all areas of the business within the Challenge Group, while ensuring that prospective candidates and employees have a positive experience.
You will need to be flexible in your working hours/days over the 5-day week operation, especially during peak periods of recruitment. Due to the administration work having to be so reactive, this role is based in the office to allow distribution of workload with the team.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Administration Duties - Responsible for all inbound calls, emails, LiveChat, and WhatsApp messages. Ensure that an accurate background check has been applied for and that any compliance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. Carry out DVLA checks as and where applicable.
2. Candidate Response - Ensuring all incoming candidate communications as above are answered and responded to professionally and in a timely manner (Email and Phone). Making sure any complaints are identified and escalated to the correct manager/department.
3. Colleague Support and Welfare - Maintain an effective working relationship with all peers, managers, and staff. Be approachable and ensure that all complaints/queries are resolved without delay. Promote open and honest communication with all colleagues to ensure all are treated fairly and with dignity.
4. Continuous Improvement - Proactively identifying and suggesting ways to improve the processes and ways of working. Where changes are necessary, ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the admin function.
5. Data Recording and Reporting - Ensure that appropriate and accurate data is recorded to allow KPI and MI reporting in line with agreed formats and timescales.
