We are seeking a Safeguarding & Wellbeing Manager in our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team at Croydon Campus, which will work closely with the Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing to deliver and develop safeguarding & wellbeing support services, ensuring students are safe, secure and supported. This is a key role to coordinate the day-to-day delivery and monitoring of the college safeguarding and wellbeing services and systems at Croydon Campus.
This is a highly rewarding role, and we are looking for someone who has experience of creating high-performing teams to ensure our learners are supported in the best way possible. You should have a level 3 Safeguarding qualification and up to date knowledge of Safeguarding and prevent legislation. You should have excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills together with an innovative approach to increasing student engagement.
