Our client is looking for a proactive Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk to join their team based in Burton on Trent.
You will be working Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 22:00
What you'll do on a typical day as a Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk:
* Coordinating and prioritising activity across the shifts and business streams to ensure customer service requirements are met
* Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) through effective use of resources
* Maintaining accurate records and planning
* Promoting a flexible approach to delivering business requirements
* De-Briefing drivers
What you'll need to succeed as a Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk:
* Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills with effective writing and oral communication
* Sound operational knowledge and experience whilst customer focus is a priority
* Excellent communication
* PC Skills: EXCEL, Word
* Experience within a Transport Operation or some form of De-Briefing knowledge
