Clarke Telecom is seeking a System Administrator to support the Business Systems team. This will involve basic Sitetracker administration tasks and support of the Demand and Governance function. The objective is to assist in ensuring that Sitetracker is accurate and supports the wider business, and operates in the most effective manner proposing improvements to both the systems functionality and overall business processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage support tickets raised on both the internal helpdesk and the Sitetracker portal.
2. Support users by creating new trackers, form templates, fields and setting permissions.
3. Conduct training sessions for new starters and provide additional training as needed, contributing to the improvement of training materials (e.g., video tutorials, training documents).
4. Collaborate with the Business Systems Manager and Head of PMO to enhance system functionality and analytics capabilities.
5. Generate reports, dashboards, and tools to aid in exception management.
6. Extract and import data from Sitetracker and client systems as required.
7. Update Sitetracker with critical information such as job numbers, site references, and logs.
8. Assist with systems management tasks, including handling permissions, notifications, and basic workflows.
Performance Measures
1. Timely resolution of support tickets within agreed internal SLA.
2. Positive feedback from managers and project managers regarding adherence to deadlines, accuracy and quality of data and information.
3. Constructive feedback from coordinators and managers on attitude and behavior.
Candidate Profile
1. Proficient IT skills, with experience across multiple software packages (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Basic understanding of data handling and manipulation (e.g., SQL, Power Query).
3. Accurate and fast typing skills.
4. Minimum GCSE Grade B in English and Math, or equivalent.
5. Proven experience in data management on proprietary or custom systems.
6. Knowledge of the telecoms industry.
7. Familiarity with systems such as Sitetracker, Omnix, Evenflow, Agent Portals or similar.
