Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in either the Vitality Stockport or Bournemouth Offices. Parttime, 21 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
The purpose of the HR Advisor is to provide comprehensive HR advice, support and coaching to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
HR Advisers work closely with HR Business Partners, the HR Operations team, and other parts of the people team and build strong relationships with business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on all people matters.
Be an ambassador for the People team and the Company Values at all times.
The HR Adviser will primarily support an aligned area of the business but will be required to work flexibly across Vitality in line with business needs.

1. Be the first point of contact for advice and coaching for managers on the implementation of all aspects of the HR lifecycle, ensuring queries are resolved and guidance is given in line with our policies, processes, best practice employment law and Vitalitys values.
