As part of the compliance team you will provide administration support to ensure that all our programmes fully meet the requirements of our funders. A key part of the role will be checking for accuracy of data input and monitoring and checking client records on our management information system. In this role attention to detail, good organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines are key to success. You will be involved with our Routes to Change group contributing to the interpretation of guidance and training materials to ensure all client journeys are accurately and consistently recorded and monitored. In addition this role will involve working with the Compliance Team Leader to support our GDPR and Information Security policies, developing and communicating guidance across all teams. As part of the wider corporate team you also be the first point of contact for our clients and partners – face to face, on the phone and by email. Based in our Head Office in Bellshill you will be involved with a variety of tasks to support the Corporate Team in providing administrative support for both the Executive and Senior Management Team.
