Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a person-centred approach to supporting people with learning difficulties, autism and mental health conditions. At Imagine Act and Succeed we provide care and support to individual people who may challenge us at times. We do this by working and implementing positive behaviour support plans and strategies. Skills/qualities required: Passion and enthusiasm about the role Ability to work in a team and contribute to it Willingness to explore and learn about the person supported and what matters to them Dignity and respect to the people that you will be working with.
