The Role The role of production coordinator involves coordinating all aspects of production & post-production, including: Coordination Collaboration with key production personnel to ensure creative and budgetary goals are met. Maintaining efficient communication and tracking of approvals and updates across the team. Organising writer’s workshops, distributing scripts, and tracking their progress. Managing budgets, logging expenses, processing payments, and drafting crew contracts and agreements. Assisting with development work and attending creative sessions with directors and producers. Coordinating creation of marketing materials, trailers, and promotional content. Managing the storage, archiving, and retrieval of film assets. Contract and logistics management Organising and tracking cast and crew contracts, ensuring timely signatures and proper filing. Handling logistics for cast recording sessions, transport, accommodation, and studio bookings. Maintaining clear and updated episodic note documentation. Tracking feedback and approvals from external partners. Scheduling voice recordings, managing scripts, and tracking safeguarding protocols. Coordinating casting sessions and ensure GDPR compliance. Tracking production notes, prop creation, and approvals. Sharing materials with consultants and legal clearance teams as needed. Distribution of assets to relevant departments and coordinate voice recordings for social media content and liaise with editing studios for standalone song videos. Acting as studio liaison, oversee production progress, and maintain seamless transitions to post-production. Handling production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Coordination of marketing materials and post-production paperwork, funding applications, and tax credit audits. Managing music briefings, attending key sessions and create cue sheets. Delivery of materials to broadcasters and maintain records. Overseeing the technical and paper delivery of projects to broadcasters and distribution partners.
