We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Executive to support with the delivery of the digital marketing strategy and core digital marketing activities. The digital marketing strategy covers multiple channels and functions including the website, SEO, social media, digital reporting, online event support, email marketing, video marketing as well as general online and digital support. About the role Website support Day to day support with upkeep and management of the website. Uploading and optimising approved content with imagery to the website. Proof reading content before publishing. SEO Support and assist with the principal aspects of SEO, including: - On-page optimisation (e.g. meta titles/descriptions, H tags etc) - Participation in regular calls with our external SEO agency - Monitoring performance using suitable tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) Digital reporting support Support with reporting, including: oChecking Google Analytics daily to check for anomalies or large overnight fluctuations. oSet up and oversee digital reporting and support the development of digital stats across the firm. Social media Monitor social media and engage with Kreston Reeves colleagues, clients and followers. Creating, coordinating and scheduling of posts for social media and DSMN8 platform in line with brand guidelines to support marketing and ESG strategies, campaigns and activities. Digital marketing campaigns Supporting and optimising aspects of digital marketing campaigns, using trends to spot opportunities to generate the best possible results. Online event support Supporting the Marketing and BD team with online events and platforms. Email marketing Supporting the team with the creation of engaging email marketing templates and technical queries. Supporting with email mailings and mailing lists when required. Video marketing Support and editing of videos for digital marketing purposes when required. General online and digital support Email tails - Updating firm wide email tails design and promotional aspects. Working with external photographers to coordinate staff headshot photoshoots and distributing files internally Keeping up to date with current digital trends. Coordinating digital marketing meetings. Domain names supporting to ensure they are all current, monitored and kept up to date. Marketing and competitor research in relation to digital marketing activities, platforms and social media. Support with online listings. What we're looking for This role would suit someone who has started their career and is now looking to expand their breadth of digital marketing experience. You will have experience and an understanding of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, social media channels, online advertising and how they are used. Youll have strong attention to detail when it comes to producing and proof reading digital content as you know how important it is to make sure we make the right impression with all our marketing communications. Most importantly, youll be passionate and enthusiastic about digital marketing, proactive and willing to learn more. Highly desirable skills but not essential In addition to the various responsibilities and skills outlined, the following skills would be extremely useful, although not essential: - Technical experience with Google Analytics, GA4 and Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, to support report building and integrating data flows with other internal platforms. - Technical experience with setup and usage of SEO tools like Semrush for keyword monitoring, analysis and reporting. - Practical experience with WordPress websites and plugins, including basic knowledge of HTML code. - Practical experience with Adobes Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro What we can offer Financial wellbeing competitive salary, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, Westfield Health Cash Plan, income protection.
