The Project Delivery Trainee will engage with the Training School for a 10 week period to gain insight into the Project Coordinator, Cost Capture and Planner roles on the alliance. The trainee will spend time learning in a classroom situation and in the teams. Individuals are to be organised with strong attention to detail and demonstrate excellent communication skills to build relationships with a number of stakeholders. The aim of the programme is that the trainee will demonstrate the potential to be hired on a permanent basis as either an assistant project co-ordinator, a trainee planner, or a cost capture trainee within the alliance and continue to develop their career in the Project Delivery function.
