TES 2000 has an exciting position supporting across the business with recruitment activities on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be instrumental in supporting hiring managers to advertise, attract, screen and onboard all new candidates throughout Anglia, Sussex and the Northeast regions, across various safety critical roles. If you would like to discuss this opportunity in further detail and have a confidential chat, please do not hesitate to contact our Talent Acquisition Partner, Carley on carley.andersontes2000.co.uk or via WhatsApp on 07811 792369 About You What we are looking for: 2 years within a Recruitment team, with a strong understanding of compliance Understanding of the Network Rail rules and regulations Strong organisational skills Exceptional candidate focus Ability to build internal relationships, strengthening the partnerships between departments Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM databases Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding Raising Authorisation to Recruit (ATR) on our ATS Screening suitable applicants and advising hiring managers Scheduling interviews Ensuring hiring managers have the correct interview questions and role profiles/job descriptions Acting on feedback from hiring managers Preparing and sending onboarding documents Compliance Ensure compliance within the new starter processes including Right to Work (RTW) procedures, medical screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and training are accurate and up to date. Culture Advising hiring managers, assisting with continuous growth in recruitment understanding and best practice consistently across the business. Responsible for ensuring that TES complies with its legal requirements and strives for best practice in the provision of a safe workplace for all.
