We are looking to recruit 2 or 3 part-time Receptionists/Administrators to work Mon to Fri between 8am - 6.30pm. Overtime will be available to cover annual leave/sickness.
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who will be able to work calmly under pressure with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. Fully supported training will be given.

We are a busy, well-established group practice in Dartford with Branch surgeries in Greenhithe and West Kingsdown, all within close proximity to M25 and M20.
Job responsibilities
The Receptionist/Administrator will offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. The post-holder will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
They will undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team. The post-holder will facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care, and other associated healthcare agencies.
