Serving on the bar when required for both food and beverage orders. Basic cooking of the dinner menu. Basic cooking of breakfast, clearing tables, keeping breakfast items topped, tables cleared and cleaned throughout breakfast times and helping with cleardown after service. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between with ease, helping guests settle in seamlessly. Process bookings and payments with precision, ensuring every detail is spot-on for a hassle-free stay. Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to quickly handle guest requests and keep everything running smoothly. Manage daily tasks like calls, emails, and reservations with efficiency, staying cool under pressure.
