* Experience in a level 2/3 neonatal unit
* Facilitating and teaching students
* Good problem solving skills dealing with complex cases
* Taking charge of the unit

* Middle Leadership Module

* Able to work independently and supervising junior staff.
* Team spirited Analytical Ability to work under pressure
* Good verbal and written communication
