The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting Cubo by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
o Maintain and update employee records.
o Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
o Manage HR databases and ensure accurate data entry.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
o Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all necessary documentation, access to relevant company systems, and training materials.
3. Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
o Organize and assist with employee engagement activities and programs.
4. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
o Assist in processing payroll and ensuring all employee information is up to date.
o Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and leave tracking.
5. Training and Development:
o Track and maintain records of employee training and development activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an HR administration role is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
