Main duties of the job Duties will include updating patient management systems, answering calls and greeting patients/relatives, preparing notes and supporting the nursing team with all aspects of ward administration such as record keeping, data entry, filing and scanning. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with all staff members and patients and have a high level of attention to detail.
