Full Job Description
Head Barista
* Hours: 40 Hours Per Week - Full Time
* Pay: £12.50 Per Hour
* Requirements: Mon-Sun Flexibility, Head Barista Experience
What are we looking for in a Head Barista?
* We are after Head Baristas with passion and experience within the specialty coffee industry.
* The ability to accommodate flexible shifts and a background using manual espresso machines and dialing in grinders. Ideally with experience as a keyholder and leading a team to success.
* Teach others about efficient workflow, the perfect espresso shot, and crafting their latte art.
* Assist the General Manager with scheduling, rotas, stock management, and inventory.
* Proactively maintain all compliance standards.
* Ensure a clean, safe, fully operational coffee station.
* Create new recipes and make outstanding coffee. Show off your latte art and get creative!
* We are looking for someone who has previously worked within a busy reputable coffee shop who will be able to lead a team.
