Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
1. First point of contact for client queries.
2. Prepare documentation, meeting packs, and correspondence.
3. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Administration:
1. Process new business applications and complete compliance checks.
2. Manage servicing tasks, including fund switches, withdrawals, and updates.
3. Liaise with providers to gather policy information and resolve queries.
Team Support:
1. Assist financial advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks.
2. Manage diaries and schedule client meetings.
Compliance:
1. Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulations and company standards.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in financial services administration, ideally within wealth management.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
5. Understanding of financial products (e.g., pensions, ISAs) is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of FCA regulations is desirable.
