Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

Job Summary
The Health & Safety Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all employees within the organisation. Working alongside the health and safety manager the suitable applicant will be responsible for maintaining health and safety policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements and best practices. Duties
- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programmes to promote a safe working
environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and
safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes, documenting findings, and recommending corrective
actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on health and safety performance, presenting findings to senior management.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and ensure that the organisation meets all legal obligations regarding health
and safety.
