Teaching Assistant - ALN Support
We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support our pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in supporting teaching and learning in a special educational needs environment. Your recent experience of supporting children or young adults with ALN is highly valued.

Job Description:
* Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils with ALN
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons, including adapting materials to meet the needs of pupils with ALN
* Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas where additional support may be required
* Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. A strong background in supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs
2. Experience working in a special educational needs environment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
5. Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances
