About the role As the Head of Growth Tech, you will be a key leader driving the expansion of our tech services portfolio. This role requires a strategic, commercially-minded individual with a proven track record in scaling technology services globally, especially within the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving new business, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our capabilities as the go-to solutions for digital transformation, CMS implementations, and digital factory services. What you’ll do New Business Development: Lead the charge in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across global FMCG clients. Develop a robust sales pipeline for our technology services, focusing on CMS implementation, digital factory solutions, and custom tech capabilities. Market Strategy: Shape and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, identifying emerging trends and client needs within the FMCG space. Create tailored solutions that position our tech services as industry-leading. Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality solutions. Global Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across global FMCG companies. Understand their digital transformation goals and align our offerings to create compelling value propositions. Team Building & Leadership: As the business scales, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and growth team. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and client-centricity. Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. About you Experience: 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles within tech services, with a strong focus on CMS implementation, digital transformation, or digital factory solutions. Industry Expertise: Proven track record selling tech capabilities to global FMCG clients, with deep knowledge of the industry's digital needs and trends. Global Footprint: Demonstrated experience working in international markets, with a strong network of senior contacts within the FMCG sector. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a scalable growth strategy, identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth. Sales Excellence: Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience growing and managing high-performing sales teams. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives. Results-oriented: Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
