Housing Officer - Allocations
Location: Based in our Ashington Office
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £36,047 per annum, inclusive of car allowance (inclusive of April 2025 pay award).

About the role:
As a Housing Officer in the Allocations team, you will have the ability to effectively adapt to change programmes and to deliver excellent services in a highly competitive environment.
As a Housing Officer, you will deliver excellent, consistent and responsive housing management services, which include:
* Allocations and Lettings
* Anti-social behaviour
* Neighbourhood and tenancy management
* Empty property management, customer viewings, and welcome visits
* Income management
* Customer involvement, empowerment, and inclusion
* Tenant liaison and support
About you:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of all aspects of housing management. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are solution-focused.
