As the Security Manager and spearhead of the Security team, you're the first point of contact for the building management team, tenants and all the Security team staff through leadership of your supervisors. You are responsible for the entire building security and as such need to lead by example and ensure that all of your staff are both welcoming and representative of the high level customer service of the building and the client we are representing.

Your Time at Work
Duties & Responsibilities can be broken down as follows (but not limited to):
? Ensuring all posts are staffed daily with fully trained, fully uniformed, fully equipped staff.
? Attending meetings as and when required.
? Conducting audits and ensuring staff are compliant with their KPIs.
? Staff development, appraisals, one 2 one meetings and disciplinary hearings.
? Monitoring staff appraisal and talent management.
? Working closely with the building management team.
? Keeping documentation and reporting up to date and accurate.
? Conducting risk assessments, updating where necessary.
? Monitoring the SOP's for every position, ensuring they remain updated and current.
? Approving holiday and managing absence management with your supervision team.
? Supervision and maintaining all electronics systems used by teams across the building.
? To take ownership of any problems presented to you by your staff, clients, tenants or visitors, ensuring satisfactory outcomes to their queries.
? To work in tangent with the other teams following the building 'One Team' ethos.
? To have awareness of the client's business and brands.
? Liaison with the G4S team to organise requirements for equipment, uniform and external training.
? Liaison with the G4S recruitment team and buildings managers for new staff interview, review and induction.
Our Perfect Worker
Previous security supervisory experience preferred for this next step into security management.
SIA security licence preferred, though training can be provided for the selected candidate.
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
