Salary: £26,421 - £29,269 (actual salary based on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time + 10 days
Start Date: As soon as possible

Are you passionate about creating a positive learning environment and supporting students to reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour for Learning Leader to join a committed pastoral team.
About the Role
As a Behaviour for Learning Leader, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the school. Working closely with senior leaders and pastoral staff, you'll support the day-to-day management of student behaviour and contribute to strategies that foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Manage and support students referred for behaviour interventions
2. Monitor behaviour data to identify trends and areas for improvement
3. Build strong relationships with students to support their personal development
4. Work with parents/carers, staff, and external agencies to ensure appropriate support is in place
5. Contribute to the wider pastoral care of the school community

3. Experienced in managing challenging behaviour in an educational or youth setting
