This role, joining the Operations Team in a growing organisation, offers the chance to make a significant impact by overseeing the Operations Administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and support for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily performance of the Administration team, ensuring duties are understood and deadlines are met.
2. Manage the team's workflow, monitor productivity, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
3. Assist in resolving escalated issues and complaints, ensuring smooth operations.
4. Support the credit control process, ensuring efficient and effective chasing of purchase orders.
5. Identify and propose process streamlining opportunities to management.
6. Ensure consistent working practices across the team and identify development needs.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Have excellent customer service and communication abilities.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role, managing a team of three or more.
3. Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
4. A good understanding of budget requirements.
The role is based in Chatham, and requires weekly visits to the London office (expenses paid).
