Are you dedicated and hard-working, with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills? Are you looking for an exciting new chapter in your career? My dynamic and vibrant client based in Bicester is looking for someone to join their Service Operations team in a full-time, permanent role.
Core Responsibilities
1. Managing onboarding procedures
2. Liaising with clients and candidates
3. Establishing a deep working knowledge of the software and in-house portal
4. Supporting consultants with day-to-day admin
5. Managing timesheet information and cross-checking financials
To succeed in this role, you must have strong IT skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritising workloads. A knowledge of compliance, time-sheeting and financial software is a strong advantage, as is prior support desk experience.

You will be provided with training and development to help you excel in a challenging and rewarding team. With opportunities for future growth, along with hybrid working, this is a fantastic position for a self-motivated team player who is confident with a can-do attitude.
Working Hours and Salary
Monday to Friday 9-5pm, basic salary of 25k, with OTE of 27-28k.
