We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place from 20th November We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry. You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries. The role is Monday – Friday with occasional weekend shifts (Sat or Sunday) Working hours are 3 different shifts working 7.5 hours per day, between 8 am – 8 pm. There is also some weekend work, working 1 in 3 weekends (days in the week then rota’d off and weekends are home-based) You will receive full training and support from an existing team. This is mainly an office-based role with some home-working We are looking for reliable people with some experience in Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience – we are flexible as it’s more about the person and your ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn. We have long-term temporary contracts or temp-to-perm contracts available.
