Requirements Operations Responsible for the daily online in store pick process, from collecting orders / QC checking / Prioritizing same day orders as well as transferring orders from the system. Sending end of day reports to senior management with overall totals to be further investigated. Daily feedback to Ecom operations Manager to ensure 100% accuracy with regards to out of stocks and potential abandonments. Responsible for the overall picking process for all Styling/Editorial/Marketing photo-shoot loans, ensuring agreed limits are adhered to. Processing daily returns, updating trackers as well as chasing any outstanding loans to ensure agreed limits are consistently met Audit of stock on loan once a month, twice a month before stock take. Daily communication with Ecom Operations Manager allowing daily feedback to KG digital team and Host store regarding any Discrepancies/Issues/General queries. Ensure accuracy across all platforms of stock movement within stock on loan branches Take ownership and support with stock loss prevention and Stock take preparation. Responsible for ensuring all returns are accepted and recorded properly – liaising with Customer service and Click and collect teams – Feeding back to line management. Handling all loaned product that are returned in a non-saleable condition, allowing invoices to be raised to the relevant department for the damage. Supporting with Personal shop requests with regards to picking / delivering the shoes to the Personal Shopping lounge in Selfridges. People Working closely/Building relationships with host store to ensure an efficient and seamless process Working towards achieving outstanding abandonment targets of under 2% cancelations.
