Sales Development Manager – EV Charging
South England | £55k + Uncapped Commission (£20k+ OTE) + Car/Package
One of my key clients in the EV charging sector is looking to hire a Sales Development Manager to support their growing business across the South of England. This is a hybrid role with regular travel required across the region, ideally suited for candidates based anywhere from Oxford down.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business development and revenue growth across key clients while securing new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence within the EV charging industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including car OEMs, trade partners, wholesalers, and energy corporations.
* Work closely with the Head of Sales to achieve strategic business goals.
* Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to overall company success.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Utilize CRM systems to track sales activity, forecast performance, and report on key metrics.
* Focus on B2B sales within the EV charging market, targeting OEMs, dealerships, and wholesalers.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the wholesale, OEM, or dealership sectors.
* Strong business development and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently, managing a travel-heavy schedule across the South of England.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A passion for the EV industry and sustainability initiatives.
