Key Responsibilities
Content creation:
* Produce high quality, original and innovative monthly organic social content plans for (but not limited to) Instagram and TikTok, in line with the social media strategy and brand planning calendar.
* Capture and edit engaging and on-trend photo and video content that will resonate with our audience and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic. Must also be comfortable in front of camera.
* Develop storyboards and mood boards for extended content and concepts for paid social media.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and platform functionalities /features to inform content creation ensuring it stays fresh and relevant.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure content stays aligned to brand, campaign and social strategies.
* Occasional support on day-to-day Instagram and TikTok posting and community management.
Shoot days:
* Assist the Creative Content Producer on Ecom and Campaign photoshoots in the UK and overseas as required.
* Execute successful social shoot days alongside the Creative Content Producer.
Admin:
· Assisting the wider marketing team with any ad hoc requests.
Skill Required
* Marketing degree or equivalent preferred
* A true creative with an excellent eye for detail
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A team player with a positive can-do attitude
* Competent capturing content with a professional camera as well as an iPhone.
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva (or equivalent)
Other:
* This is a full-time role.
* We have a hybrid working model and a candidate should be comfortable commuting to Chiswick, London at least 3 days per week.
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
* This role is reporting to the Creative Content Producer.
