We are looking for a full-time Sales Negotiator for our exciting Head office based in Penrith. We are known for providing an excellent service with good communication and attention to detail and are looking for someone that can help us deliver this. The role is primarily a sales role with future potential. The correct applicant will be hard-working, have computer skills, a full driving licence, and want to work in a well-established team.
Duties
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property sales.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing potential buyers with detailed information.
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using administrative tools.
* Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance property visibility.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
* Stay informed about market trends, local developments, and changes in legislation affecting the property sector.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
* Previous experience in property sales is essential.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property management is beneficial.
