You will be responsible for implementing Quality Management processes and managing the Field View platform. Collaborating with QA Managers and the Group QA Manager to ensure that outcomes meet expectations. This role will be based at our Head Office in Islington, a short walk from Angel or Old Street station. Our head office houses the support/core functions to the business from HR/Recruitment to Buying to Finance and Pre-construction. We currently have a hybrid working model which consists of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, everyone comes in on a Wednesday.
Main Responsibilities:
You report to the Group Quality Manager and will collaborate with managers and users across the business to develop, maintain, and optimise a cross-function platform to:
1. Meet the requirements of, and improve functionality of the Integrated Management System
2. Meet the needs of Business Functions
3. Increase business efficiency
Projects:
You will be building and maintaining projects on the Ardmore Field View platform, taking into account needs from different business functions - QA Management, Health, Safety & Environment, and Aftercare.
Forms:
Create FV forms making full use of the platform for optimal functionality and user experience.
Reporting:
Establish dashboards for project teams through FV dashboards, Processes, and Power BI.
Interoperability:
Ensure that information is shared to Viewpoint for Projects and stakeholders through the native interoperability. Further interfaces through API / Script interaction with VFP (4P) and Power BI will be developed.
Collaboration:
Plan, coordinate, and communicate activities with team and project personnel.
Systems testing and validation:
Ensuring that systems and their interoperability function smoothly before going live.
We’re Looking For:
1. Ideally worked for a Principal Contractor project on Field View.
2. Field View Super User training
3. Power BI training / knowledge
4. Creating FV forms
5. Systems testing and validation
6. API / Script experience with Viewpoint for Projects
