The role:
As Partnerships Manager (Amadeus) you’ll be responsible for:
* Fostering and developing the relationship between 15below and Amadeus, proactively seeking opportunities for increasing the scope of the relationship.
* Driving engagement with Amadeus to ensure we remain a trusted, consultative business partner.
* Promoting the 15below platform to increase awareness both within Amadeus and with Amadeus customers.
* Identifying additional opportunities for collaboration with Amadeus.
* Managing product development and partnership initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and teams.
* Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the technical solutions and integrations, articulating the requirements and implications to key stakeholders.
* Managing joint programmes of work, such as 15below platform development for Amadeus integrations.
* Participation in joint business development activities, alongside members of the 15below Commercial team.
* Collaborating with 15below Commercial Account Managers on retention and commercial growth for existing joint customers.
* 15below marketing and promotion.
The kind of person you are:
* Commercially minded with a consultative approach, with proven experience achieving company growth through managing and strategically growing partnerships.
* Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiating skills
* Technically minded, with experience working in an enterprise software environment.
* The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and partner with stakeholders to deliver results.
* Ability to travel overseas regularly for customer meetings and industry events.
* Knowledge of Amadeus reservation systems, with experience working for a B2B tech or travel company.
* Great under pressure with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to adapt to different cultures.
* Exceptional written and presentation skills.
Measurements of success in this role:
* Successful planning, reporting and execution of joint projects and initiatives.
* Delivery of Nevio joint project objectives.
* Successful migration of Amadeus AACC customers to 15below at targeted volumes.
* Continuation of 15below’s status as Amadeus’ recommended supplier of passenger communications.
Skills to impress
* Background in travel technologies.
* Multiple languages, especially French, to business level.
* Background in international sales.
* International experience and mobility.
