JobPurpose:
As a ServiceAdvisor you will be responsible for delivering a courteous andefficient reception ensuring a high standard of customersatisfaction. Ensuring high standards of quality workmanship andsupport continuous processimprovement.
JobDuties:
* Togreet all customers cheerfully and attend to their requirementspromptly.
* Toobtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accuratedescription of work to be carriedout.
* Toliaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehiclesin theWorkshop.
* Toinform customers of any delay in completion (Complying with theCompanyPledge)
* Tomaintain the Workshop loadingsystem.
* Toinform customers of any work which it has not been possible tocarry out and arrange future appointments forcompletion.
* Toprepare both cash and accountinvoices.
* Topresent cash customers with an invoice and receive payment beforethe vehicle is removed from thepremises.
* Todeal with customer queries andcomplaints.
* Inconjunction with the Service Manager ensuring Workshop loadingutilises full labourpotential.
* Toensure that information required for Warranty items is recorded onthe JobCard.
* Toliaise with Parts Department regarding parts on order for vehiclesin the Workshop/Service customers/forthcomingbookings.
* Tofile Job Cards and otherdocumentation.
* Helpachieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales ServiceManager
