Working in an administrative capacity, you will be supporting the production/wholesale merchandising team in a fast paced and busy office.
Day to day you will be assisting with all aspects of administration of their orders; drafting, printing and filing customer contracts; entering data in the critical path accurately; creating barcodes, sending them to the factories to prepare the artwork then checking and approving them when returned; carton label approval; filing of lab dips, fabric swatches and paperwork; sending approvals out to the fabric mills and factories as requested; and assisting with the development of product with regards to buyer meetings.
As such there is a real need for a proactive and can-do attitude and an organised nature. If this sounds like you and you are proficient in MS Office with excellent communication skills and some relevant industry experience, I’d love to hear from you!
