Manage projects from feasibility through to planning applications. Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions in line with project goals, client requirements, and local regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects comply with CDM regulations and meet legislative requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and foster a collaborative work environment. Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and budgets. Requirements: ARB registered Architect or Degree Qualified Architectural Designer Minimum of 5 years UK-based experience in residential housing developments Expertise in residential layout design and architectural skills for outline and RM applications Knowledge of the latest legislations and experience in producing associated documents, including Design Access Statements Proficient user of Revit and AutoCad is essential Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience mentoring junior staff
