This role is based in Peterborough, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
As a Regional Coordinator in Network Expansion, you will support wholesale service delivery teams to focus on excellent customer service by working on non-fluid WIP conversion through design, Wayleave, and Build, whilst supporting pre-design and Planning with operational audits to aid receipt of clean orders and speed up over time to deliver through to pre-build and build phases.
The role involves working closely and building great relationships with our internal departments (Service Delivery & Planning), ensuring that we're on track for on-time delivery.
You'll also be responsible for reducing order delay, auditing and cross-examining orders for system accuracy, constructively challenging and providing feedback to internal teams, and supporting pre-design, planning, and wayleave processes.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
1. Experience in a customer-focused role, with a demonstrable understanding of great customer service.
2. Competence in the use of Excel is a must due to the reporting required in the role.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; you'll need to be able to present on calls with external partners and deliver information to a wide range of audiences.
4. Methodical with high attention to detail.
5. Experience prioritizing varied workloads, using excellent organizational skills.

2. Knowledge of telecommunications and construction would be beneficial.
