Who You Are As a dedicated and experienced Social Worker, you are committed to delivering high-quality services to children and families facing unmet needs or at risk of harm. You have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience and are registered with Social Care Wales. You are capable of providing support to develop resilience and independence for children and their families, keeping them at the center of decision-making processes without compromising the child's safety. What the job involves You will be working alongside the Safeguarding & Legal team in the Children, Families, and Safeguarding Service located in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, North Wales. Your role involves providing direct social work services, developing effective relationships with various departments, and responding to safeguarding concerns. You will manage a caseload, participate in meetings, prepare reports, and contribute to service development. The role is temporary for approximately 12 weeks, with a possibility of extension, requiring you to work 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
