About the Position We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to support our HSE&S consulting operations based in the United Kingdom. This position is a role based around the Leeds area on a hybrid basis (1-2 days in the office). This is a full-time role with a general expectation of working a schedule of 9:00am-5:30pm. Key Responsibilities Production of monthly management accounts to tight deadline Working with Project leaders to analyse Individual contract performance Cash flow management Quarterly forecasting and submission upwards Day to day accounting input (P/L, Bank etc) HMRC management (VAT/PAYE) Play an integral part of implementing a new finance and CRM system Skills and Experience Recently qualified/or close to qualification in CCAB A minimum of 3 years experience Experience of using Dynamics is an advantage but not essential Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Our EHS&S consulting operation in Leeds, United Kingdom will be supported by our sister company, Antea Group USA, and head office in Netherlands. This position will be a hybrid role based in or around the Leeds area. The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
