RECEPTIONIST
A permanent opportunity as a Receptionist in a well-known and prominent West End law firm with branches across London!
RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
Managing reception area and meeting rooms to ensure smooth office operations
Greeting clients professionally and offering refreshments before meetings
Handling mainline calls and managing new enquiries
Managing postal duties efficiently
Providing ad hoc administrative support to solicitors, including generating client invoices and recording payments in the legal case management system
Creating user accounts and requesting deeds on the Land Registry portal
Preparing and dispatching property deeds to clients
Archiving closed client files in Microsoft Excel
Replenishing office supplies as needed
Reporting office maintenance issues to suppliers or the Operations Manager
Coordinating with IT Support to resolve technical issues
RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
Minimum 12 months of corporate reception experience
Existing right to work in the UK
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with a proactive approach
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly adapt to internal systems
Team player with a willingness to support beyond primary duties
Comfortable with working 5 days in the office
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
