About the Role This is a dual-focus role that combines strategic product development with active sales and client management. You will work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to design and deliver custom procedure packs and medical devices that meet the specific needs of healthcare providers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring products meet client specifications and regulatory standards. Collaborate with suppliers to, design, spec and cost medical devices, balancing high quality, compliance, and pricing. Oversee product logistics, including transportation, labelling, and packaging, ensuring seamless delivery to clients. Stay up to date with advancements in medical technology and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. Ensure all products adhere to relevant medical regulations and standards, including ISO certifications and CE marking. Sales & Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop detailed quotes and proposals for custom procedure packs and other medical products, effectively communicating value and operational effectivity. Actively manage the sales pipeline using a robust CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate and manage project delivery, including logistical planning and troubleshooting, to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and expectations are well met. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge to expand the client base. Strategic Planning: Analyse market data and client feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. Contribute to the creation of annual sales and product roadmaps, aligning with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure alignment on product and client requirements.
