Opportunities to join a growing consultancy in deploying mathematical modelling and applied statistics expertise to bring fresh thinking and new solutions to the challenges faced by clients. This is a business at the forefront of the industrial and business applications of mathematics, with key client relationships in performance engineering, algorithm design, risk modelling, optimisation and data analytics.
They’re looking to talk to candidates with excellent track records in modelling, algorithms and statistics. Ideally, you’ll have an exceptional academic track record including a research degree in some branch of the mathematical, statistical or computational sciences. Prior experience of applying scientific techniques in an industrial or business environment is desirable as is prior experience in Python or R. You’ll also have the personal skills needed to work effectively with clients and partners, including in the UK’s leading universities.
