This role will work within Implementations to support the delivery of work in a consistent and market leading manner. This role is a key part of ensuring new business is delivered effectively for the Administration business. The role will report into the Project Manager / Implementation Lead and will be part of the Implementation team. The role will work closely with the Administration business, in particular the Admin Systems and Admin BAU teams, as well as stakeholders from across Isio and third parties. The successful candidate can be based in our Birmingham, Reading or Manchester city centre office with a hybrid workstyle. Role & Responsibilities Work within a team to deliver Implementation work. Deliver work in a consistent and efficient manner. Work with stakeholders to understand how Project Management processes and systems can be utilised most effectively across Implementations. Play an active role in the delivery of work by supporting the Project Manager / Implementation Lead. Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Implementations. Work within the wider governance framework to ensure a consistent approach and documentation of all work delivery. Ensure work is delivered in line with the processes and procedures relating to Implementations. Support the maintenance of the Project plan, RAG status and documentation. Establishment of trustee bank account. Setting up scheme phone numbers, emails and project plans. Downloading and reviewing data received. Key Skills & Experience Experience of working within a Pensions Administration BAU team. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills. Experience of PM systems. Excellent Planning & Organizational skills. Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered. Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work.
