The Position
You’ll get well and truly stuck into your accounts here, from the day-to-day management of client relationships to handling integrated projects and retained accounts.
Striking the perfect balance between your clients and the agency, you’ll support all levels within the team, and work your magic across client processes too.
Speaking well comes naturally to you, so you’re an expert when it comes to both praise and critique, managing actions, expectations and feedback and giving your all when it comes to brainstorming fresh and engaging ideas, and challenging clients with intelligence and intent.
What We’re Looking For
A Senior Account Director to lead one of their biggest accounts—a household-name FMCG brand with big digital ambitions. It’s all about leadership, strategy, and making things happen.If you’re great at building strong client relationships, tackling challenges with creativity, and driving growth, this could be a fantastic fit.
You’ll be able to talk us through your successes when it comes to building relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, plus your strong ability to have high-level strategic conversations.
A confident presenter too, you’ll be able to utilise your presentation experience to train your team, deliver presentations directly to clients and report on trends, competitors and results. We’re after some real PowerPoint wizardry here!
